Employee Spotlight: Kailani Ebreo

ERRG's latest Employee Spotlight is shining on Raymond "Kailani" Ebreo, UXO Technician II!

Q: What is the best professional advice you’ve ever gotten and/or given to someone?

A #1: The best advice I have been given is to never give up before you have even attempted to try. The mind is a powerful tool. Speak positivity and you’ll be amazed on what you can accomplish.

Q: What is one thing that may surprise your coworkers about you?

A: I think they would be surprised to know I listen to praise and worship music…. Like a lot. lol

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on that was interesting/challenging/exciting.

A: It probably would be back in 2018 Kanahena Maui Hi. .The challenge was staying on two feet while Sweeping in a ‘A’a Lava field 10 hrs a day / 5 days a week. The terrain was a challenge for the whole crew.

Q: If you weren’t in this line of work, what would you be doing instead? 

A: I would still be in the Laborers union as Journey man Pipe setter.

Q: If you could meet any famous person, dead or alive, who would it be and why? 

A: It would be Bruce Lee. His strength in mind, body and soul is unmatched.

Q: If you could go on a vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go?

A: It definitely be Tahiti, but more specific Moorea. The beauty of that island is breathtaking.

Q: What is your superpower? Real or imagined.

A: It probably would be Magneto’s super power. Can you imagine how much metal I could get out the ground, without even using a shovel or any heavy equipment.

Q: Tell us about a favorite hobby/blog/podcast/TV show/pet/ice cream flavor. 

A: My favorite hobby would definitely be Jiu Jitsu, weight training. Just staying active and being outdoors. I hardly watch any television, favorite pet would be a dog and my favorite ice cream flavor is Tahitian Vanilla.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working at ERRG? 

A: I enjoy working with all of my co-workers and management. Always a positive vibe and the Aloha spirit served daily. One team one dream.
