Rowan Tucker - Remediation Services
Mr. Tucker is ERRG's Manager of Remediation Services responsible for remediation project oversight, health and safety, emergency response, and waste disposal coordination. Mr. Tucker has more than 23 years of experience in the environmental and hazardous waste management industry.
Randy Randall - Operations
Mr. Randall has a broad base of experience in the environmental field. His background includes extensive health and safety, site assessment, emergency response, and federal Superfund removal action project management experience. For several years Mr. Randall was a dedicated contractor to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Region 9.
Cynthia A. Liu, P.E. - President
Ms. Liu is the company's President, CEO and Engineering Manager responsible for project management and engineering oversight. She has more than 19 years of experience in the environmental and hazardous waste management industry. Ms. Liu has worked with clients and agencies in preparing remedial investigations, feasibility studies, ROD amendments, groundwater monitoring plans, work plans, closure plans, quality assurance project plans, and remedial action plans.
Gary DellaVecchia - Construction Services
Mr. DellaVecchia is ERRG's Manager of Construction Services and is well versed at implementing remedial actions at hazardous substance/waste sites. His experience includes landfill cap construction, surgical soil excavations and engineered fills, treatment system installations, systems operation and maintenance, and facility decontamination and decommissioning.
Les Sanderson - Field Operations
Mr. Sanderson has over 23 years of experience in the environmental and general construction industries. He has participated in more than 300 site cleanup projects including chemical spill response, facility decontamination and demolition, underground storage tanks, and soil and groundwater remediation services.
James Hudson, M.B.A. - Finance and Accounting
Mr. Hudson is ERRG's Chief Financial Officer. He has over 24 years of experience managing financial and accounting functions at both environmental and non-environmental firms. Mr. Hudson is responsible for all audits, treasury functions, and compliance with CAS and FAR.
Brad Kordic, M.B.A. - Business Development
Mr. Kordic is ERRG's Vice President of Business Development. He has over 29 years of experience in sales and marketing. During his career, he has helped small, medium and large companies all achieve revenue growth. He is familiar with federal, state/municipal, and commercial clients.
Brad Hall, P.G. - Northern California Operations
Mr. Hall is a Senior Project Geologist and San Francisco Regional Manager. He has over 20 years of site assessment, remedial action, and information technology experience. Mr. Hall also serves as ERRG's Program Manager for several as-needed contracts including, the Coast Guard, San Francisco International Airport, San Francisco DPW, and Corps of Engineers.
David Tang, P.E., G.E. - Principal Engineer
Mr. Tang has 23 years of professional experience in the field of civil and geotechnical engineering, and construction management. His specialties include civil design, grading and excavation plan, drainage design and calculations, geotechnical field investigations and laboratory testing programs, seismic response analysis, static and seismic slope stability analyses, settlement analysis, liquefaction analysis, landfill cap infiltration computer modeling, and material evaluations. Mr. Tang also has extensive experience in field construction QA/QC of landfill lining systems, deep and shallow building foundations, and complex ground improvement projects using vibrofloatation, deep dynamic compaction, and chemical grouting.
REGIONAL MANAGEMENT
Brian Wetzsteon - Northwest Region Manager
Mr. Wetzsteon has over 25 years experience in managing, designing, and construction of a wide array of innovative environmental remediation technologies for projects valued at up at $70 million for both commercial and public sector customers. He is experienced with remedial technologies including thermal and catalytic oxidation systems, bioremediation, air stripping, SVE, air sparging, liquid and vapor phase carbon absorption, and peroxide/UV treatment. He has managed more than 75 projects involving design and construction of treatment systems for petroleum- and solvent-contaminated soil and ground water and arsenic removal from drinking water.
Kenneth E. Wall - Southwest Region Manager
Mr. Wall has over 21 years experience in engineering and business management in the environmental, telecommunications and manufacturing industries. His experience is a combination of project planning and management, P&L management, engineering, and business development. His education and background include engineering, business administration and project management.
Virginia Demetrios - Regional Manager for Martinez
Ms. Demetrios has over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry as a program manager, project manager, and scientist. As the Deputy Program Manager for a multi-million dollar ID/IQ contract, she directed technical work performed under 300 task orders, covering complex engineering, database management, programming, and construction projects. Her environmental investigations experience includes preliminary assessments, site investigations, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, fact sheets, findings of suitability for transfer and other closure documents. Ms. Demetrios also has experience working on projects involving regulatory compliance with CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, TSCA, CEQA and NEPA. Clients include the EPA; Navy; state agencies including RWQCB and DTSC; numerous local agencies in California, and private clients.
Caitlin Gorman, P.G. - Regional Manager for San Francisco
Ms. Gorman is a Professional Geologist and project manager with more than 14 years of experience in environmental consulting and 3 years of experience in geologic mapping and sampling for minerals exploration in California. She has provided managerial, technical, and field duties for a variety of environmental investigations, including environmental site assessment, preliminary assessments (PA), site inspections (SI) remedial investigation, hazard ranking system (HRS) scoring, (RI), feasibility study (FS), treatability studies, remedial design (RD), and underground storage tank (UST) and above ground storage tank (AST) investigations.
Kathryn Dominic, P.G. - Office Manager/Senior Technical Manager for Sacramento
Ms. Dominic is a Professional Geologist with over 28 years of experience. Her project experience includes design and implementation of Remedial Investigations (RIs), management of field operations for concurrent multi-site RIs, preparation of CERCLA decision documents, and investigation of a variety of petroleum-contaminated sites. She has managed projects at several industrial brownfields sites, and active and inactive military and Department of Energy sites. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sacramento office, she is responsible for all technical elements of the office.
Timothy S. McCormack, LHG - Northwest Technical Manager
Mr. McCormack has more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale investigation, remediation and compliance programs for federal, state, and private clients. He is experienced with regulatory and compliance requirements, including Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); and numerous state regulatory programs.
Ed Grooman, CSP - Corporate Health and Safety Manager
Mr. Grooman's professional history includes extensive safety experience in industrial operations, maintenance, management and training. He is a Certified Safety Professional, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements while possessing a detailed knowledge of the demands of field work. He is skilled in all aspects of safety management from being a fire team leader, a hazmat team member, a rescue team member to performing field safety audits, developing project safety management (PSM) policies and procedures, creating an accident investigation/follow-up database and usage system, creating a corporate IIPP, becoming certified as an OSHA 500 and 501 instructor and an AHA Faculty Member. He is familiar with federal and state regulatory guidelines, including RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, and the California Code of Regulations.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Doug Bielskis, P.E. - Navy Program Manager
Mr. Bielskis has over 17 years of experience as a project manager and senior engineer in the environmental industry. He has worked on environmental remediation projects under CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, and TSCA. Mr. Bielskis is currently responsible for managing multiple projects under ERRG's contracts with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NFECSW) in both Northern and Southern California.
Chris Curatilo - Emergency Preparedness and Prevention
Mr. Curatilo has over 22 years of oil and hazardous materials maritime emergency response experience. Mr. Curatilo serves as Program Manager responsible for emergency response preparedness. Mr. Curatilo spent more than 27 years in the United States Coast Guard in the aviation and maritime emergency response fields. He has served as the Chief of Planning, Chief of Facilities and Containers, Chief of Port Safety and Security and the Chief of Port Operations. Mr. Curatilo has trained the Coast Guard and other federal and state agencies in both intermediate and advanced levels of the Incident Command System under the National Incident Management System protocols. Additionally, he has traveled throughout Pacific Island Countries that fall under the U.S. Compact of Freely Associated States to develop their Maritime Emergency Response Plans and provide recommendations along with technical assistance in developing their oil spill response equipment caches.
David O. Williams - MEC Operations Manager
Mr. Williams has over 25 years of field and operational experience in all areas of explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), unexploded ordnance (UXO) clearance, demolition range operations, demilitarization operations, and range sustainability and closure. Mr. Williams’ military experience covered all aspects of EOD operations in the United States Marine Corps, including deployments to active military theaters of war. His civilian experience has focused on advanced quality management principles, range clearances, and demilitarization operations. He has worked on numerous MEC projects, including range clearances and demilitarization operations of active military ranges throughout the United States. Mr. Williams also has experience with personnel management, project planning, and implementation as an EOD Officer, UXO QA, Senior UXO Supervisor, and MEC Operations Manager.
