ERRG Awarded DTSC Contracts in Northern California

ERRG announces the award of two Master Service Agreement contracts with the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) in Northern California – Berkeley and Sacramento Regions.  The contracts include a base 2 years, with 1-year options.  The contracts have a potential value up to $15 to $20 million.  The work will include a variety of corrective measures and response actions on behalf of DTSC who is regulating hazardous waste generators; treatment, storage, and disposal facilities, and transporters of hazardous wastes, as well as conducting and overseeing state and federal “Superfund” and other site cleanup activities, emergency response actions, and evaluations and assessments of hazardous substances at abandoned facilities in California.   ERRG will provide engineering and remediation services for a variety of sites, including school sites, former dry cleaning facilities, abandoned mining sites, and pesticide-contaminated sites.  ERRG will implement interim or final corrective measures, remedial, and removal actions to address the releases of hazardous substances. Such actions include but are not limited to installation of durable covers, excavation and offsite disposal of contaminated environmental media (soil, debris, or liquids), construction of in-situ and ex-situ remediation treatment systems,  and operation and maintenance activities.
